It is a program committed to serving the diverse dining needs of the College community and the mission and values of this great institution. In other words... it is a celebration of our passion for food and the uniqueness of Paul Smith's College. We invite you to join the celebration!

Eat When You Want!

Our Carte Blanche Plan offers unlimited entries into our “all you care to eat” Lakeside Dining Hall for the entire semester….Just present your College ID and you’re in! The plan includes:

• Continuous Service from Breakfast until Dinner Monday - Friday
• Theme meals and special events at no additional cost
• Three guest meal passes per semester
• Fourth Meal serving your favorite Late Night foods from 9:30pm – 11:30pm Sunday – Thursday Evenings
• Culinary Demonstration Cooking and events featuring Sizzling Stir Fry, Wholi Ravioli, Pasta Panache’, and Carved Meats on a rotational menu format
• Unlimited Access to Open House, Family Weekend, Home Coming Weekend and other Celebrations
